		<description>It&#039;s funny when you start in PR you feel really scared (picture me trembling at my desk) about calling Journalists (still daunting for me) to ask if they want your contribution but after a few calls and a couple of face-to-face meetings, you realise that what Andrew has described is exactly what they want.  They&#039;re quite harmless, they just want the news and as long as you&#039;re precise on the phone &amp; don&#039;t waste their time then it works quite well.</description>
